Preparing your Merck Serono growth hormone
easypod™ comes with click.easy® which simplifies the preparation of your Merck Serono growth hormone dose. Most people starting their treatment need to make up their Merck Serono growth hormone solution every 28 days. This is made easy with the click.easy® reconstitution system which mixes the powdered growth hormone with the diluent, a special reconstitution liquid supplied with Merck Serono’s growth hormone.
Your Injection in 3 simple key steps
1) Attach
Remove your easypod™ from the fridge
Remove the sterility seal from the needle cap
Place the needle in its cap into easypod™’s needle cavity until it clicks in to place
easypod™ will beep once
Remove the needle cap by bending it sideways so that it drops out of the cavity
2) Inject
- Position easypod™ against your skin
easypod™ will beep once
The green injection button light comes on
Press the green injection button
The green injection button light flashes
The injection starts
The green injection button light turns off
easypod™ beeps twice
The injection is complete and you can remove the device
3) Detach
- Click the empty needle cap into the needle cavity
easypod™ will beep once
Hold in the button at the side of the needle cavity until easypod™ beeps twice
Remove the needle and its cap by bending it sideways as described before
Dispose of your needle safely
- Return your easypod™ to its storage box and replace it in the fridge
